First Baptist Church Creedmoor is grounded in five core values:

• Worship: First Baptist Church values biblical worship. Worship is about God and emphasizes His majesty and his presence. Worship must challenge, comfort, and present in multiple ways the message of God's love through Jesus Christ. Worship should appeal to the intellect and the emotions.
• Fellowship: First Baptist Church values fellowship with God and fellow believers. Fellowship is intentional and produces unity and harmony while, at the same time, accepting diversity among believers.
• Discipleship: First Baptist Church values the intention of God to make his children like Jesus Christ. This is discipleship, becoming like Christ. Discipleship is a life-long journey.
• Ministry: First Baptist Church values care and concern for all people and believes in ministering to everyone in the name of Christ.
• Missions/Evangelism: First Baptist Church values actively sharing the love of God in our local context and around the world. We share through the spoken word and through hands that reach out to those who need us.
